LED and OLED TVsI have a new S95 TV and it is connected to a cable system. Is there a way to have the NOW PLAYING section default to the cable connection? That way I could control the TV with the cable remote unless I wanted to use one of the other services

LED and OLED TVsHello LOQGEO. Welcome to the Samsung Community. You definitely can have the "NOW PLAYING" section default to your cable connection by adjusting the "Autorun Last App" and "Autorun Smart Hub" settings. By disabling the Smart Hub and enabling the last used app, the TV will prioritize the last-used input, such as your cable box.
How to set the cable input as default
- On your Samsung TV remote, press the Home button.
- Navigate to Settings (the gear icon).
- Select General, then Smart Features.
- Toggle Autorun Last App to On.
- Toggle Autorun Smart Hub to Off. This setting prevents the TV from defaulting to the Smart Hub (which displays the apps and "NOW PLAYING" section) every time you turn it on
