I have an 85 inch Samsung TV that I bought just 2 years ago and it does not have the Art option, my newer 50 inch does. I have had to purchase a subscription with another Art provider (App) from the App Store to show it on my 85". Why can't you update either the software or firmware on my TV so that I can have it there as well?
Sorry, but some features are only available on newer devices. If they were to add new features to older models, people might stop upgrading to the latest models.

Nobody is retroactively adding features to older models of anything if they started a feature with later models. Microsoft is a software company, if they add new features to their OS updates, it's only for devices that support those features, which is why older computers cannot use Windows 11. I don't know what Apple does, but I'm sure they also don't add new features to old models, If they do, it's because all their hardware is the same internally. You are equating software for televisions with phones and computers. Phones are not TVs and TVs are not phones and neither are computers in the traditional sense.
