Memory Low (TV)

We have just a few apps installed that take up about 15 Mb.

Yet the TV:s memory is almost full, to the point it wont download & install new updates. 

Earlier thread on this matter here is exclusionary: only some of the users got help and then the thread was locked.

I have put a USB in the TV which does not help. 

Cant seem to find any option of clearing the cash either. If that would be the cause of it. 

What is taking up memory and how to fix this?
