LED and OLED TVsHello Samsung Community,
I bought a Samsung smart TV (UK) and I can’t find JioHotstar in the app store. I know these apps exist on Samsung TVs in some regions (especially in India), but not in my UK model / app list.
Could someone help me understand:
1. Is there a plan to release JioHotstar for UK Samsung TVs (Tizen OS)?
2. Has Samsung or Hotstar made any announcement for UK Tizen support?
3. If not, what are the best alternatives to get these services on my TV right now?
I really use these services regularly, so not having them on my TV is a bit of a blocker. Should I consider an external streaming device just for those apps? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Just a shot in the dark here, but that app may be region-locked. Since JioHotstar is an Indian streaming service, it may not be available as a TV app in the UK. I do see the app in the US Play Store, however, so that may be an option for you.
Again, you should probably ask this question in the UK Samsung Members community. Good luck.
