Hello, I recently started getting this error as in this past weekend Valentine's weekend 2025...Hulu error P-DEV302.  I know it is not an internet issue as I am able to stream from Paramount, Netflix, & Amazon prime without issue.  I have reinstalled the Hulu app and it still will not function. There is a specific unique error ID number, DRM-3-5 404 1F9B. 

My Samsung model number is QN55qn90cafxza.  The serial number is available you request in private message only.

I just checked that the software for TV was up to date and manually ran a software update and it is current. I have cycled a hard boot on the TV by pressing and holding the power button until the tv logo appears. I still get the same error code. It results in being unable to stream Hulu. 

What is the resolution for this issue? Or how do I fix it?  Is this a warranty claim creeping in. I purchased the extended warranty.

Hello @Celesteb77! Thank you for reaching out! This seems to be an issue with Hulu itself since everything else is working. You will need to reach out to Hulu support to get further support for this.
