When I pressed the home button on the remote, my apps settings, all appeare on the screen for a second and then go right back off. the remote does this repeatedly. I can’t get to my settings or my apps . can anyone help please
This happened to me too. The last response on the community board says to see if it worked in SmartThings app, but doesn’t give any solutions ( from a moderator ). My button doesn’t work in SmartThings app either, I assume because of that it’s nothing to do with remote and something on the TV. This happened after an update to the OS firmware
