HG55Q60A TV "Network" is grayed out. And no option coming for factory reset. Any help is appreciated. It is a brand new tv, It was not setup properly.  And now it only plays antenna channels.

Any option that is not in white color is grayed out. In the General Menu  there is no option for RESET.
