Hi - want to purchase qn65s90c at retail store. Heard there were gen1 and gen2 screens for this where gen2 is better. Without opening box, I can see label with serial number and version FB03. Does this mean I will get a gen2 screen? - thx
Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, there is no surefire way to know without having the TV and entering the service menu. We do not recommend going into the service menu, if any settings are changed and mess with your TV, this will void the warranty.
