LED and OLED TVsI have a Samsung 43” Frame TV (QE43LS03FAUXXU) and Music Frame (LS60D), bought 2 weeks ago. Both are connected to the same WiFi network. I can connect the Music Frame to my phone via Bluetooth and play music. I can connect the Music frame to my TV via Bluetooth and it replaces the TV speaker. However, if I try to select Music Frame (WiFi) on the TV for sound output or Q-Symphony set up it says ‘The bandwidth of your TV and Wi-Fi speakers is not the same, select Auto Set to match the wireless bandwidth’. However, this appears to do nothing, and the Music Frame(WiFi) will not connect to the Music Frame and I cannot set up Q-Symphony. Any ideas would be welcome.

LED and OLED TVsThank you for reaching out to the community regarding the connectivity issues you are experiencing with your new 43” Frame TV (QE43LS03FAUXXU) and Music Frame. It's great that you are already enjoying them via Bluetooth, but I understand your frustration. I have some troubleshooting steps for you to try.
1. Check Your Router Bandwidth
The most likely cause is that one device is connected to a 2.4GHz network while the other is connected to a 5GHz network (or vice versa). Modern Wi-Fi speakers and TVs often prefer the same bandwidth for features like Q-Symphony.
Solution: Access your router settings and ensure both your TV and Music Frame are connected to the same network band (ideally 5GHz, as it generally provides better bandwidth for multi-channel audio). Sometimes, simply restarting your home router can force devices to renegotiate and select the optimal band.
2. Utilize the SmartThings App for Setup
While you can set up connections via the TV menu, the Samsung SmartThings App often provides a more reliable and guided setup process for Q-Symphony and Wi-Fi speaker connections.
Solution: Open the SmartThings app on your phone. Ensure both the TV and the Music Frame are added to the app. Navigate to the TV's settings within the app and attempt to configure the Q-Symphony/Sound Output settings there. The app is usually better at managing the "Auto Set" function, the error message mentions.
3. Perform a Power Cycle (Soft Reset)
Sometimes temporary software glitches can prevent successful pairing. A full power cycle can clear the internal memory of both devices.
Solution:
Turn off both the TV and the Music Frame.
Unplug both the TV power cord and the Music Frame power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait a full 60 seconds. This is important!
Plug both devices back in and power them on.
Attempt the connection again via the TV menu or the SmartThings app.
4. Update Firmware
Ensure both products have the latest software installed. Samsung regularly releases updates that fix connectivity bugs.
Solution:
On the TV: Go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
For the Music Frame: Ensure it is connected to the internet, or check for updates via the SmartThings app.
If the Problem Persists, I would recommend contacting Samsung support directly. Your model is not showing up in our system. Is this a US Frame TV? If not, I would recommend visiting the link below.
