Hello, I have an old UE64F7005 TV with the most recent software ver. 1137 But as the TV is old, I am getting much problems, specially with saving programs to an external USB.
Is there anyway, I could force the TV to reload the firmware software again, to correct any possible errors that have occurred inside the TV?
Now if I save the software to a USB stick and try to update, the TV just tells me, that I have already the latest software.
