Now a couple of day’s I get a pop-up to start Ai on my Samsung oled s95f. There is no option to disable this feature. I can cancel it but every day after turning on this pop-up keeps appearing and blocks whatever you are looking at for a couple of seconds.

I don’t want this function. How to disable this is there an option or is this a bug. I don’t want to be forced or use this.

For Some  reason I don’t get the pop-up anymore. I didn’t activate it and don’t know why it stopped and AI is still disabled, but I hope it will never come back. In future if there is a new function Samsung should always make sure you could disable it and don’t force you to enable this. It is a very bad user experience , for those that still have this pop-up I hope it will stop also on there TV’s.

Same issue. No obvious way to turn it off. It was bad enough just getting through setting the tv up with all the logins. I regret buying this tv.

Having the same issue for a few weeks now.  Model 65" OLED - QN65S85FAFXZA

AI Features are OFF.  I do not need them on, but around 5ish minutes after I've started watching something or playing a game, I keep getting a black screen that blocks what I am seeing for a few seconds.  It's clearly a pop-up "ad" or "reminder" from Samsung to use the feature.

Cool, but I don't want to use the feature and I don't want to be reminded about it every time I turn on my television.  Give us a way to disable or permanently dismiss this pop-up.  We paid enough for this television that I should have some control over the "ads" that samsung is pushing to promote feature functionality.

Happening to me as well on my new s95F. Posted fix does not work as the setting suggested doesn’t exist.

Love how Samsung has zero interest in fixing this issue. It was obviously introduced recently as I did not have the issue when I first set up my TV, for the first few weeks. Maybe we should all sell our TVs and get the LG. I was planning to get a second one in a larger size for another room, too. Maybe now I have to reconsider. I really like the matte screen though, so it would be a shame to have to do that, but if the manufacturer has no interest in supporting their products, maybe we should consider not supporting the manufacturer. 🙂

Coincido contigo Synergyforge.

Hello all.  Something that I would like you to try.  On the Vision AI Companion page, click the settings icon and then select Privacy Notice and then revoke consent to disable the service.

If you have connected Bixby to Vision AI, it can be disabled by going to the home app launcher,  Bixby > Bixby Settings > Enhanced AI Features and then Disable AI Companion service.

Please let us know if you have any additional troubles after, please let us know!

Hi,

Where is this Vision AI Companion page? S95F 65 inches. Having same issue with the popups as others. It's not frequent but still extremely annoying.

Thanks for your help.
