Hello,
I have a Samsung UNU8000.
I can download/install apps, but I cannot SEARCH for them.
Every time I select a character for the search, I get the error message
"Unable to connect to the Samsung server. Check your network settings or try again later. (7)"
I have reset literally everything: TV, smart hub, router, changed DNS on TV, changed DNS on router, reset everything after changing network settings on TV and router.
I have tried both wired and wifi.
I have checked my Samsung account and see the device online there.
I have created a new Samsung account to no avail. Checked the account and saw the device listed in the new account.
I have checked for Updates on TV and router.
I have no custom firewall rules.
Again - TV gets internet. I can stream. I can download select and download apps, but I cannot SEARCH for them. Pretty annoying to scroll through the hoard of apps that aren't in alphabetical order to find the app I want to download.
Thanks in advance for your help!

LED and OLED TVs@maikku Does your router filter any web requests? If so, it may have the site used for the search on it's blocked list. If you can turn that off, I would give it a shot.
