LED and OLED TVsI have a Un40eh6000f That has worked fine for years. About a week and a 1/2 ago the picture went out.You can still hear the sound Just a black screen. I read that there was a firmware update. But don't think that is going to fix it. Any input would be appreciated. Maybe it's just time to buy a new one, But figured I would just ask first

LED and OLED TVsSame issue with UN75RU8000FXZA. Samsung phone support said repair would start at $400. I repeated the troubleshooting steps holding down the power button for 60 seconds with power disconnected at least 5 times. I ran an extension cord to a different circuit in my home, kept repeating and at first the Samsung SmartTV logo started showing. Tried several times and eventually, magically the TV display started working. All good for now, but frustrating.
