I have a

43" Class Crystal UHD CU7000

It black screened last night. Have o ly had it about a year and a half. I just did the update on it maybe a week ago or so. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Still has sound but no light at all. Can't even tell if tv is turned off because there's no red light. We have unplugged it for over half an hour and still no difference.

Thank you for confirming as this is still occurring this is something that will require service. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

Oh no! That sounds aggravating and I am happy to help! Out of curiosity, was the TV plugged directly into the wall outlet or a surge protector and have you tried plugging it into a different outlet?

Directly into the outlet. I haven't tried another outlet yet. I mean, I tried top and bottom of the same outlet but have not moved it to another to try. Will do that here in a few.
