LED and OLED TVsMy Samsung CU8000 43 tv says there are OTA channels, however, I can only view one channel. When I am on channel 2, wether I go up or down on the remote, it goes to the Samsung channels

LED and OLED TVsYou will only be able to view the OTA channels with an antenna. Obtain a digital antenna, connect it and then scan again for the channels. Just because a TV says it is capable of receiving OTA channels, does not mean it has an antenna. You have to buy an antenna. While some TVs have a limited internal antenna (emphasis on limited), these sets would need placement directly near or inline with a window.

LED and OLED TVsI have an antenna connected. I scanned for channels and it said there was 9 channels. I can only access one channel. If i change the channel up or down it goes to the Samsung channels. I can put the number in the remote on my phone to channel 11 but that is it

LED and OLED TVswhere is your TV and antenna situated? Antennas, like satellite dishes, work best when they are in direct proximity to an unobstructed sky. If you have your antenna in an interior room with no windows, you will not get good reception. If necessary, buy an extension wire to move the antenna to a window sill. I had one TV where I had a quite expensive antenna (silly me, thinking expensive was better), that got poor reception even when dangling out a window. I currently have a $10 digital antenna that, technically, only has limited sky view, but no obstructive wall in its way - I get about 20 channels (I'm sure I'd get more if it was closer to the window), but i t's my guest TV, so it doesn't really matter to me, I rarely have guests and never watch it myself.

LED and OLED TVsIt sounds like Realaud is on the right track. The number of channels can vary based on your location and the strength of the broadcast signal. If the issue persists, especially with an antenna, the signal itself may be too weak to be fully received by your TV's tuner, even if it can initially detect it. Take a look at the guide below. It has details about scanning for channels. It even provides extra options like Samsung TV Plus.
