Kitchen and Family HubHello, I followed the previous post and instructions about removing the water filter when using RO filtration. However, when I did that, there was a puddle of water in the fridge and under it. I wiped it out once and used the water again but it leaked inside all over again. Are you guys certain I do not need a bypass plug for RF28K9380SR? When I put the water filter back in, everything is normal but I lose all the pressure

Kitchen and Family HubThanks for bringing this concern to our attention. I know you have the manual, but I just want to double check. Did you turn off the water supply line when you placed the water filter. When installing a new filter, it's normal for the water dispenser to briefly spurt as air clears from the waterline. The last thing I would check is the water pressure. To get the best results from your reverse osmosis water filtration system, try to keep the water pressure between 35 psi and 120 psi.
