Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator RH22H9010SR bottom drawer/bin removal

How can I remove the bottom drawer/bin (in the refrigerator side) of my Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator RH22H9010SR, in order to thoroughly clean the drawer/bin as well as under and behind it?  After I remove the "middle" drawer /bin (directly above the bottom drawer/bin), there is a plastic shelf/ separator above the bottom drawer, with a clear plastic drawer/bin "cover/door" attached via hinges to the shelf/separator.  I can't seem to figure out how to release whatever tabs/catches are keeping that shelf/separator from sliding out horizontally.

Hopefully this picture helps from page 37 of the user manual this is the only information I can find but will keep looking
