Hi - question, and maybe some guidance. I have a 9 month old dishwasher, that started 2 weeks ago throwing the 5C code. Fine, we follow protocol, we schedule and call a tech out, and they told us it's potentially a hose issue. Fine. They do a few things...can't figure out why it's not draining.
While they are there, the techs call Samsung support, saying they can't figure out what's wrong with it. They talk some more and focused on an accessory hose, basically Samsung told the techs that because we cut the accessory hose line, that it voids our 1 year warranty.
The instructions on the accessory hose line says "cut to length" - I recall the hose line being WAY to long for our purpose.
So now what do we do...what would you do?

Kitchen and Family HubGood evening and thank you for reaching out about this; I am happy to assist you! Please send me or any of the mods a private message with your service ticket number or the dishwasher's model code and serial number so that we can better assist you. It's possible that the phone agent misunderstood which hose it is that was cut and I would like to see what we can do for you 🙂
