Is anyone else utter disappointmented in the false advertising and bricking of previous batteries?
I have the Jet 75, Jet 90, BeSpoke Jet, BeSpoke Jet AI, BeSpoke Jet AI Ultra and am terribly disappointed with the marketing, performance and lack of included accessories vs what paid reviewers received.
Am I alone?
Reviewers stated an accessory cradle and 2 batteries but I only received 1.
Also, they seem to have added an NFC chip to the AI and AI Ultra to intentionally prevent the use of BeSpoke batteries working in these units. Despite the fact they are identical other than the chip and provide error codes when attempting to use in the new vacuum.
It wouldn't be an issue if the batteries were reasonably priced but they're like $200 USD... On top of $1,200 for the vacuum?! What the what?!?! Ya know?
Come on Samsung, this is a premium product you basically duplicated from the last gen and cheaped out on **bleep**g plastic and batteries.
yeah when i got the jet ai when it launched in 2023 i was expecting the extra battery and attachment stand. i was a bit disappointed but got over it because the vacuum was much better than any of dysons vacuums -- and i was a dyson fan for years always getting the top of the line. the jet ai beat dyson in every way, and now the ai ultra keeps carrying the torch. i did see some review that stated they got an extra battery so i was kinda expecting to get one. that said, i can get my flat cleaned using JET mode in under 12 minutes so its ok. i bought an attachment stand brand new from fleabay back in 2023 so im good there.
despite those items not being there, i abso-smurfly love the vacuum.
