Hi, I have a question. I bought a vacuum cleaner, but it doesn't sync with Smart Thing, and it doesn't do anything with the buttons on the top of the robot. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

Also, it is important to have both your mobile device and jet bot are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
