Refrigerator RF217ACRS - Ice Maker Error Code

I have removed the Ice Maker for added available space in the freezer.  I recently lost electrical power (power company problem).  When power was restored, I obtain the Ice Maker error code on the fridge Control Panel, LED digital display with all other Control Panel display indications "blank."   Is there any way to acknowledge and bypass the Ice Maker error code so that the other functions (such as the display of temperature settings) on the Control Panel may be used.

Good afternoon and welcome to our community! Since the power outage, have you unplugged the fridge for a few minutes or flipped the circuit breaker? Sometimes a power surge can send signals to the electric components and cause them to act wonky.

We don't loose power we have a generator.
