Our Samsung Induction Range — Model NE58H9970WS/AA — is barely 6 years old. Yesterday, both left-side cooktop elements stopped working. The control knobs still turn on the cooktop elements, however the display shows the “no cookware” error message. We’ve tried multiple pans, and the the right-side elements still function. We’ve even tried disconnecting the power for a full minute but that didn’t help.

Has anyone else had their cooktops stop working? If so, what was needed to fix it?
