My elderly parents are having a problem with their oven. The Gas Company sent an inspector that had told them that the regulator needed to be changed. My parents contacted Samsung support, they sent out a technician, and the technician confirmed. My parents were charged for the technician visit. Technician said he needed to order the regulator and would contact my parents to schedule an appointment to return for the repair, said it should take three days.
Twelve days later, no word from the technician. My parents reached out to Samsung, and the only information they gave him was that they concluded the oven is not repairable, and did not explain why.
