What can we do when our oven door has shattered. We actually havenā€™t used the oven in a couple weeks thanksgiving we used it all day no problem last night we used the stove top and this morning I had a mess of shattered glass   Why did this happened and how do we get a new door or new glass replacement.

That model number is coming up as a LG Stove so you would need to contact LG support

The stove was probably overheated in the room temperature was cold making the oven door glass too hot for the condition of the house and in that case it would shatter the glass like for example if you take a piece of glass and heat it up until it gets hot like real hot and then drop it in cold water it will shatter a temporary fix would be to go to Home Depot or Lowe's anywhere you can get a thick piece of aluminum and cover it with that and make sure you get something that's fire safe to seal it off with.
