Kitchen and Family Hubhttps://imgur.com/gallery/gas-pressure-too-high-ymnhJw9
we recently bought new construction that has this stove in the unit. I have brought this up to the builder, but they seem to think that it is fine. I am trying to figure out what may be going on, and what may need to be done?
The flames, specifically on the highest BTU (bottom right) burner are very high with orange tips and they pulsate. Any help is much appreciated.

Kitchen and Family HubHello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend trying the information in the following link:https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001946/#flame-is-an-unusual-color. But this does seem like it could be an issue if the range was converted from LP to natural gas or vice versa. I would recommend calling a plumber/gas technician to look at your lines in the house. Or if the range was converted.
