Missing Energy AI

Hi - I just had a Bespoke French door fridge installed earlier this week, and when I setup SmartThings I had the "Energy AI" button that I could enable to save $$. A couple of days ago my nugget ice maker stopped working, so I tried to reset the fridge by holding down buttons for a while (guessing).

At one point, the whole screen flashed and then my fridge was offline in ST. So I went into AP mode, deleted the device from ST and then added it again. I had to "transfer from another device" when I added it back in, but now I no longer have the "Energy AI" setting in the Energy tile where it tracks usage, etc.

Any idea how I can get this setting back? It used to be at the top of this screen:
