I have a Samsung Smart Dishwasher (Model DW80B7070UG/AA) that worked well with Wi-Fi for the first year. Recently, it stopped connecting to my network. I’ve tried all available troubleshooting steps, but no success.
Other Samsung appliances on the same network are working fine. Is there a recommended way to reset or reconnect the dishwasher to Wi-Fi?

Hi @rajeshk85! Thank you for reaching out. You'll need to perform a network reset. The steps as are as follows:

Hold Smart Control until AP displays (about 3 seconds).

Hold Hi-Temp Wash until the dishwasher chimes (about 7 seconds).

Turn off the dishwasher
If this doesn't work, unfortunately next step would be to have a technician out to service the unit. If that ends up being the route you decide to take, send us a private message with your serial number and we can begin the process for you.
