How to use sleep function on touch screen - gas slide-in range?

Is there a way to engage the sleep function on the touch screen on the NX58H slide in range so that it can be cleaned?

Cleaning it also wakes it and the more it is cleaned, the wilder  the functions it comes up with.

You can use the Oven Lock function to lock out the panel while it is being cleaned.
