Kitchen and Family HubSo I just bought a Samsung family hub American style fridge freezer and it was delivered yesterday, it is a previously owned one, however it was practically brand new, the previous owners had not had it very long and had really looked after it. Anyway we had a lot of trouble getting it through to my kitchen, and ended up having to have the doors taken off. Now though we are having another issue, the freezer display is saying the freezer is 17 degrees, and when I try changing it to the recommended temperature of -19 and press save it changes straight back to 17. The weird thing is though that inside the freezer is freezing. So I really don’t understand what’s going on. Please can someone help? I paid a lot of money for this fridge and they will not take it back now either. Thanks.

Kitchen and Family HubHello! Thank you for reaching out! Depending on the model it may show the current temperature and not the temp that you set. I would recommend waiting to make sure the temp is going down. If It's not then this is something that will require service. I would recommend reaching out to your place of purchase to see about the warranty. You can also use the link below to find a service center in your area.
