Family Hub Refrigerator PIN

Anyone know how to disable this pin code verification thing? I have reset the whole thing numerous times, have contacted Samsung via phone and chat. We called the appliance place we bought it from and no one can seem to help!!! I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure it out. Maybe I'm resetting it wrong. We have tried the forget pin and it never works. Everything was working fine then "poof" it wants a pin...I'm at my wits end. Please help or point me in the right direction. Thank you 🙏

Go to Setting, Security, Enable , slide off all apps

I can't even get into the setting because it's asking for the pin...it's been like this for months and months...but thanks for your reply

0000 is the default pin

We'll give that a try but I'm sure my husband has tried every 4 digit combo possible
