Kitchen and Family HubIn purchase a bespoke refrigerator model rf29db9900qdaa two weeks ago on the 19th. Brought it home and during setup I get a communication error 41. I call service center and am told to call Best Buy because of some short warranty you get when you first buy. I call them and they schedule a replacement to be brought to my home. When the delivery guys get here they opt to just replace the doors because they didn't want to move both of them. They do something on my screen and said it would be running in a few hours. Well nothing happened. Interior lights don't even come on. And during my attempt to setup I still get the error code. I call them back and they told me to contact the manufacturer. What do I do? I'm going in circles with this and don't have my dream frig up and running

Kitchen and Family HubHello and welcome to our Samsung Community. We're so sorry to hear about the issue with your new refrigerator and would recommend completing certain steps as a resolution. Using the article here https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003409/ for reference, please try the following:
1. Unplug the refrigerator or turn off power at the circuit breaker for 60 seconds, and then turn it back on.
2. Confirm the latest software update has been downloaded and installed.
3. Reboot the Family Hub using the power switch on the inside at the top of the right door.
If the error returns, visit https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ to request service or Private Message by selecting any moderator and clicking on the chat option with your full model and serial number to proceed with setting up the service repair needed.
