Kitchen and Family HubWe purchased a Bespoke Jet (non-AI) vacuum on 3/29/2024. Since we are only in this location for 6 months per year, the vacuum has hardly been used. We found out two days ago that the base station has stopped charging the battery since the contacts in the base station no longer have stability or "spring" in them and one of them does not extend beyond the base frame. I've received the runaround from the Samsung teams. When I call the sales team and the parts team to try and find a stand alone battery charger, they each point to the other for the answer. Looking all over the internet for several hours has provided no answers. We have lots of Samsung equipment (washer/dryer, TV, phone, laptop, etc.) but will never purchase another Samsung product, if they can't provide an answer for this problem. This is frustrating. We have another Bespoke Jet in our other location and it has lasted 3 years without a problem. Has anyone found a battery charger for a Bespoke Jet (non-AI)? Thanks for your help!

Kitchen and Family HubHello@GM73! Thank you for reaching out! I know that this can be frustrating with your Jetstick not charging. Since this is occurring, please try the troubleshooting steps below.
-
Confirm the charging stand is plugged into a 120V outlet.
-
Check if the vacuum cleaner is turned on, and then check if the LED of the battery level indicator is turned on.
-
Remove any foreign matter (dust) on the charging terminal with a cotton swab or soft cloth.
-
If you have a separate accessory cradle that can charge the battery (Bespoke models), try charging the battery there.
If this works, the Clean Station will need to be replaced instead of the battery. Alternatively, if the battery charges on the Clean Station but not the accessory cradle, then replace the accessory cradle.
-
Replace the battery.
If your battery still won’t charge, replace the battery. You can find a replacement battery on our website.
If none of this helps, you can also try and purchase a new charging base at https://samsungparts.com/. The last option would be service. Depending on your warranty, you will have a few options.
- If your device was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service processed.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, for depot type products (Soundbars, Home Theater Systems, tablets, ect.) that require to be shipped we recommend you speak with our depot team for pricing and to have the service set up: 1-310-669-4334.
