Hello all, as the subject says I've had this product for 2 months and it has suddenly stopped self cleaning the brush head. 

It still empties into its bin, it just doesn't clean the brush head.

It will be our pleasure to look into this concern. The vacuum has multiple features including the All-in-One Clean Station that automatically empties and closes the dustbin, so you don’t have to get your hands dirty. The vacuum also prevents tangling around the brush roll by cutting hair as it is picked up however I am not showing the self-cleaning option mention here within our specs' information online- https://www.samsung.com/us/home-appliances/vacuums/jet-stick/bespoke-ai-jet-lite-cordless-stick-vacu.... Can you explain the concern you're experiencing for a better understanding of the matter?
