After using the oven last evening, my wife went to turn the knob to power the unit off and said there was a static strike when she touched it (every time my wife touches something she static strikes it due to her physical characteristics and our low humidity). Now the LED ring around the knob is half lit on the lower side and will not shut off. Of course our warranty just ran out a few months ago. Anyone see this before? Thanks in advance.
