I own a Samsung UBD-M8500 Ultra theater dvd player . has developed a problem. All is well when I turn the unit on, but when I push open, the door opens, the tray slides out,I insert a dvd, push close, the tray closes, and re-opens.. On it's own. Immediately. Every time. The only way to close tray is to shut off machine. Any help would be appreciated.

I may b e replying twice. Sorry if I am. I have had the unit apart, and the gears are ok, as is the motor, otherwise the tray would not move. I do have two questions for you; what sensor, and how do I do a reset?
