Hello @Mickeysdad! Thank you for reaching out! From the information that I could find, the issue is a compatibility issue. The soundbar does support this, but the TV is not compatible. Only 2021 - 2024 QLED Q70 TVs and above are compatible. I have seen some sources say that your TV is compatible with space-fit light, but it's not from a Samsung source, so I can not confirm this. But even this would have some issues not working. Here is the link to the information about the compatible devices.
