My Samsung surround sound Q67CT update firmware to Q6CT, anyone can help please!

Firmware update to Q6CT instead of Q67CT and sound like an ordinary speaker. I put to level 50, but still, the volume is low.

Does this occur across all sources? Also ,did you manually update the soundbar using a USB thumb drive?

I used hardwire to update, firmware updated to Q6CT and every time I press the play/pause button it shows the Q67Ct
