Recently my rear speakers stopped working with my HW-KM45/za soundbar.   The link and standby lights just blink in unison.  I've tried rebooting, repairing and calling support.  No one can solve the issue.  Are they just dead?

Have you tried unplugging everything for 5 minutes and then re-pairing?

Yes.  The rear receiver doesn't pair.

This did not help.  The link light never flashes rapidly as if it was in pairing mode.

If you press and hold the ID Set on the unit for 5 - 10 seconds, does the link indicator start flashing?

No.  The link and standby lights blink in unison right after power up and nothing changes them.

Try this:

Power off the soundbar, unplug the SWA-8000 for 2 minutes.

Plug in the SWA 8000. DO NOT power on the soundbar.

Locate the ID SET button on the back of the SWA-8000. Using a paper clip, press and hold ID SET for 5 - 10 seconds until the Link LED starts blinking.

Using the soundbar remote, press and hold the VOL button for 5 seconds. The ID SET message appears on the soundbar display.

When the blue indicator on the subwoofer blinks, press POWER on the soundbar remote to turn the unit on.

This should re-connect the subwoofer.

This didn't work either.  I'm calling the unit dead and removing it.
