I don't seem to be able to connect/find the HDMI3eArc input unless I ask alexa for it (in which case it appears, can be selected and works fine as an audio and video input). I have an Onkyo TX 8270 receiver attached to this port which has multiple other devices connected to it. Is there a way to get this input to show up in home screen? Seems odd that it doesn't just do this. Searched the user manual but couldn't find anything covering this issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi I managed to get it sorted. Turned off the TV and receiver, disconnected the power from both (unplugged) left it for 5 minutes and then reconnected and powered up. Following this the receiver showed up on the home screen. Might be something worth trying if you haven't already.

Have this same issue, I know I used to be able to select it as a source with my Sonos and it would play a visualizer, now I can’t change source to HDMI 3 without going to the connection troubleshooting. It sees the device there and is greyed out, no way for me to manually switch to it without going through a bunch of useless steps.
