Hi there. Similar to issues others have reported here, my q990D periodically drops the audio on startup. Interestingly, it’s only the center channel that fails. It is connected to a new S90 TV through the eARC port using the provided HDMI cable. All firmware is updated to latest version. Interestingly, the surround channels still have audio, just the center channel is missing.
I can usually get it back by unplugging the soundbar for a bit, but this is a royal pain. It will work for a week or so then happen again.
Mod: please don’t tell me to reset, power cycle, etc. have done all of that ad nauseum.

Home TheaterBump. Any ideas Samsung? Seems to be a defective software or unit.

Home TheaterSame issue is happening with my Q930F. I think its a bug. Please switch off your soundbar from smartthings app and switch on again it will resolve the issue but don't know when this problem will come again. Samsung should address this issue asap.
