So I usually have my PC hooked up to HDMI port 1 on my Q990D and use eArc going to my S90D. This has been working fine for months until today. My PC no longer sees the soundbar.

Home TheaterI have the same issue, except mine is a new soundbar. everything seemed to work for couple of days, and now no sound on the ARC connection. Updated version is v1024.1. So frustrating.

Home TheaterI have same issue. I can only power on and off. No connectivity. I can't even factory reset. Even deleted devise in smart things and when try to reinstall devise it cannot be found. It's useless.

Home TheaterCame here to investigate.
I’ve had the Q990D for like a month with zero problems and then all of a sudden today it will not play anything that is outputting Dolby Atmos.
Everything else seems to work, but nothing with Atmos.
Wondering if I was hosed by a recent firmware update…

Home TheaterI have the exact same problem after update 1024.1 which was performed without my consent at a samsung repair centre because I sent it in for repair concerning the subwoofer.
So i received my 1000 euro soundbar with more issues than I had before!
After the forced update that bricked so many soundbars, and now this. Samsung, you're done. This is utterly ridiculous and totally unacceptable!
