Q-Symphony is not working on Samsung TV

I have a 55" 4K Crystal UHD Samsung UN55BU8000 (UN55BU8000GXZD) Smart TV, serial number <HIDDEN>, software version T-KSU2EBUABC-1661..6 (updated). I also purchased a Samsung HW-Q600C Soundbar. I connected via HDMI e-Arc and connected Q-Symphony, but even with Q-Symphony activated, the TV speakers are not working in this mode. I would really like to be able to use the TV speakers in conjunction with the Soundbar to improve the sound experience, but it is not working. Does anyone know what might be happening? Why in Q-Symphony output mode are the TV speakers not activating as they should?

Have a brand new Neo QLED QN55QN70 with a brand new HW-Q600F. Set up with TV eARC to Soundbar eARC. Cable Box OUT to HDMI on the Soundbar. Exactly as shown on Samsung manual. Cannot get Q-Symphony option. Tells me option not available... Am I missing something? Comcast cable box setup, all works well with the exception og Q-Symphony. Set up BT for soundbar, doesnt get Q-Symp. Wired, not Q-Symp. Any help would be great.
