HW-Q800c subwoofer

Hi does anyone know the model number for the wireless subwoofer to the Q800C or know if any other subwoofer can be paired with the soundbar ?

I think you should have your camera on with a flashlight and zoom it in or I think that's the model number.

We appreciate you sharing this inquiry with us, shifu321. I'm not 100% sure if this is correct. I believe the subwoofer model number is PS-WC96B. If you have the subwoofer and wish to locate the model number. The model code and serial number are typically printed on a sticker located on the back or the bottom of the subwoofer unit itself.

If you don't have the subwoofer and need to find the exact model number yourself. You will need to purchase a Service Manual from Samsungparts.com. But from the information I have here, the model number is PS-WC96B. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, I appreciate the response isn't the PS-WC96B for the Q9xxx ? Unfortunately my subwoofer got misplaced during a house move and is now lost 😥 so Im left with a soundbar with no sub. And don't have no copies of the serial number. 

Do you know if any other models work with the soundbar?

Going from the manual I have, the HW-Q990C goes with the PS-WC99B, and the HW-Q930C goes with the PS-WC96B subwoofer. If you need confirmation, I would recommend purchasing a service manual from Samsungparts.com. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Samsung, I've had two confirmations, one advisor has told me the PS-WC96B and another has said it's the PS-WB96B my question is if I buy either sub would it pair with my existing soundbar ?
