Home TheaterDear Samsung Team,
My Samsung HW-Q600B Soundbar (3.1.2ch + Sub-Woofer) under warranty is NOT supporting Dolby Atmos A/V. When I turn off the Dolby Atmos option (normal Sound mode) then the A/V plays without any issues.
The issue persists since when I purchased this Soundbar model.
Also, the scroller LED in the soundbar is not showing when any Dolby Atmos video is played instead it shows as "Dolby Digital Plus". This is really annoying and is not making me enjoy while watching movies.
What action could be taken for this situation?
Recently I tried updating the firmware downloaded from Samsung website. Still no Luck (Disappointed).
Regards,
Veera

Home TheaterHello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend trying the information in the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084846/.
If this does not help then this could be an issue with the setup. I'm not sure if you are using another device from the TV and soundbar but if you are there could be compatibility issues.
