I have been unable to play one of my game apps due to an install error. The app has an update. It downloads the update but fails to install. It won't let me play the game without the install of the update. This has been happening since yesterday (6/3). Has anyone found a resolution yet? I contacted Samsung and they said to reach out to Samsung Members.

Same here, I to have contacted Galaxy. They were no help at all
Told me to uninstall the game, now the game won't install...rrrrrr

I guess Monopoly has made it so that you can not have 2 accounts on 1 device, so you have to uninstall from Google Play to play on Samsung and then uninstall on Samsung to play on Google Play 😞
