Never used Google fi but you might have to look at other option for watch

It says right there in your screen shot "select models" of watches.  I would assume, since it's Google-Fi, it means Pixel watches, which are Google products.  It is likely not compatible with Samsung watches, so either return the watch and buy a Pixel, or use a different carrier. Also, if that's your phone number in the shot, you should edit it out.

I suggest contacting Google-fi or, like it says, Samsung care.
