Hi there, getting error messages when trying to use features is super frustrating let me see if I can help. I'd recommend giving the steps listed here a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003202/

If those steps don't help my next recommendation would be to reset the watch and not use a backup. I recommend setting the watch up as if it's brand new to make sure there weren't any old files hiding in the cache or storage that could be causing this. If after trying the troubleshooting provided in the link and a reset the error still occurs it is recommended to have your watch evaluated by a certified technician. You may have multiple options for this you can check for local service centers to take your watch to via this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/ if there isn't a local service center or if you would rather send your watch into the Samsung service center you can either call into 1-800-SAMSUNG, reach out to us on Twitter or Facebook, or message me or any of the moderators here on the Community.
