Watch 8 skin rash

I recently got the Galaxy watch 8 and soon after I started developing an itchy patch that is now growing into a bigger dry rash. It is right under where I wear my watch. Did anyone else have this issue with it?

Certain silicone bands irritate my wrist in a similar way. I switched to stainless milanese bands years ago and have never had issues since.
