I ran through a little problemI ran through a little problem today. I could not use the watch 8 classic due to the lack of pixels on my screen. Yep, there was no image when I raised my wrist. I tried clicking the buttons too but it was no use. The only thing that made it work was pressing and holding down the button on each of them. They would show Gemini and the Samsung pay only. I could not access the screen by touch or any other app. I had to reboot the watch by holding both buttons. I don't think this issue should even exist when the watch is basically new.
Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy Watch 8 classic screen going black and not responding to touch. Just to clarify is your screen back to functioning per normal?
