I just got a Galaxy Watch 7 to replace an Active 2.  I really like it but have a question. It came with a charging PUC but no plug.  I have the PUC from my older watch and several plugs.  Are this OK to use to use? It seems to work but I want to be sure I am not harming the new watch.

I also have an ANKER PD NANO 25W charger that I use for my phone, Galaxy 21 Ultra. Is this better or does not not matter.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

You want to use the new PUC because of the different sensor shape... the older ones will work but reportedly they run hotter.

You can use the Anker charger.

@userBvs86UHia9 I used an older puck to initially charge my new Watch Ultra. It worked but seemed slow.

I'm now working to gather data on charging time differences between the pucks.

I have 6 pucks (good grief!). The puck I tried first was probably from my GW 5 Pro since it has a USB C connector. That took quite a while to charge but I don't have exact numbers.

Using the puck that came with the Ultra, the charge time from 0 to 100 is at about 2 hours or a little less.

So, many different answers and I don't sense a consensus. It seems the older PUK should not harm my new watch but might take longer to charge with an older charger; my ANKER charger does seem faster but I haven't actually timed it.  I don't feel any difference in the temp of the puk or watch when charging.

I also have a MS SURFACE and its charger also has a usbA port which I used to use with my old PUK when traveling. I got an adapter so I can use the new PUC, with it's usbC connector with the the SURFACE charger when traveling (only need to plug in one device to electricity). Hopefully that will not cause me problems but again, any advice is welcome.

Thanks to all.

@userBvs86UHia9 The answer is that all the pucks will work. Some may be more efficient than others.

As far as adapter to plug it into, it doesn't matter as long as it's 25W or greater.

Interesting but I actually don't know the W output of my chargers; I just know the one by ANKER is 25W but I also tried others, and all seem to work. I also don't know the output of the SURFACE usbA port.

Just get a charger block that works for usb c and use the charger that came with your watch cause thats how you ruin your devices using things that are not meant for them, then we finna see you back on here complaining about how its not working and the watch is trash or whatver just save your self the headache get the block use the correct charger
